Based on an hourly rate. Life isn't always easy and sometimes you need to share things with someone who is more objective and non judgmental. We can do this in person, by phone or Skype. Sometimes the crisis we go through is an external influence but sometimes it's caused by our own negative thought patterns. We've all gone through it; together we can alleviate stress and non-constructive thought patterns. It’s a step-by-step process beginning with first you reaching out to someone to talk about it. By speaking aloud helps to relieve the pressure, but often like a teapot of boiling water the steam is released, but the boiling water is the underlying problem that needs to be addressed.
The first session is an intake of each client, meant to get a feel for each person, establishing a rapport. We talk about what are the problems, troubles and issues. The severity is based on how distressed you are, the uncontrollability and frequency. We also establish the unused talents, resources and potentials if you put your mind to it to solve the issue at hand. Often by discussing the past one can reconcile or be liberated, then use the past to prepare for action of the future. Sometimes we need to develop new perspectives and reframe the story.
