Sharath Jois the head of the Ashtanga Yoga tradition at KPJAYI, in Mysore, India. For six years she travelled to india for six months each year, spending three months each time to study with Sharath Jois and was finally Authorized Level one in 2009 to teach Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
